Order Changes & Exchanges
Please carefully review all order details, such as size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. We prioritize fast processing, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for errors like wrong item type, size, design, or address.
If you find an error, you have a 6-hour window from the order time to cancel and place a new order. For any questions before placing your order, please contact us. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Canceling Orders
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. Any cancellation requests made after this period may mean the order is already being processed or shipped.
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied. To cancel an order, please email us at [email protected].
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, the order will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be granted.
Eligible Conditions for Returns
- Item arrived damaged or broken
- Received item’s design differs from what was ordered
- Incorrect size or material
- Wrong product delivered
- Description mismatch with received item
Condition of Returned Items
- Must be in original packaging and condition
- Cannot be worn, washed, or altered
- Defects should be due to our mistake
- Tags must still be attached
- Minor issues like stray threads are not eligible

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be deducted from the refund amount.
