We utilize USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipping. The total estimated delivery time is the sum of processing and shipping times.

Undelivered Packages

Incorrect Addresses

We cannot guarantee delivery to addresses that are incomplete or incorrect. Please verify your shipping details during checkout and immediately inform [email protected] if there are any mistakes.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Handcraftmerch is not liable for customs charges if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and may not guarantee a refund.
